This Agreement is entered into by and between Nevaeh Heaven Pty Ltd , hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” and the undersigned client, hereinafter referred to as the “Client.”

1. Service Description

The Company agrees to provide the Client with an Airbnb Finder’s Package, which includes assistance in finding suitable Airbnb properties, referral link to join Airbnb, and a guidebook upon completion of the service.

2. Client Obligations

1. The Client agrees to use the referral link provided by the Company to join Airbnb.
2. The contract will be considered fulfilled once the Client has paid the invoice and signed the lease agreement for the selected property.

3. Refund Policy

1. No refunds will be issued if the Client fails to provide necessary documentation required for the service, or if the Client goes AWOL (absent without leave).
2. No refunds will be issued if the Client’s application for an Airbnb property is unsuccessful for any reason, including but not limited to credit reports.

4. Guidebook

The Company will provide the Client with a guidebook at the conclusion of the service, offering information and guidance on Airbnb Basics.

5. Miscellaneous

1. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
2. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.

6. International Clients

If we act as your local representative or surety on a rental agreement due to landlord or agency policy, an additional fee will apply. This will be calculated according to the rental amount of the property and agreed upon before the lease is signed.
This covers the additional risk, administration, and liability we undertake on your behalf.

Furthermore, should you default on rental payments or otherwise breach your rental agreement — resulting in financial liability or penalties enforced against us — the furniture and other assets purchased on your behalf will be forfeited and become our property.
This serves as partial recovery for any financial losses, penalties, or legal costs we incur due to your non-compliance.

All clients will be required to sign a separate agreement acknowledging these terms prior to proceeding with their rental application. We will also send a signed police affidavit confirming that we are your surety, however lease is under you and Airbnb property belongs to you.
